May 10 – Butterfly Cycles: The Professionalism of Early Childhood Education

This training will be held live online on Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 11:15 am – 1:15 pm in our online classroom.

Butterfly Cycles guides educators through a journey of self-assessment and professional growth
in the early childhood field. Through hands-on activities and thought-provoking discussions,
early childhood providers will identify the internal qualities they possess to serve as an asset in
the early childhood field.

Upon completion of this educational experience, the learners will:

• Identify self-assessment activities and goals for improvement
• Identify appropriate training and formal educational opportunities to improve.
• Discuss opportunities to be able to properly prepare themselves as early childcare
  professionals.
• Describe how to be a role model for children and families.
