March 9th – My Name is HOPE!

This course will take place on Saturday, March 9, 2024, from 9:00 am – 11:00 pm in our online classroom. You will receive the link to access the course before the start of class.

My Name is Hope discusses the components of hope as you attempt to accomplish your goals. Self-talk is also introduced as you encourage yourself to process through what it takes to believe in your ability and achieve what is important to you. Opportunities to teach hope components to school-age children are also incorporated throughout this training session.

Upon completion of this educational experience, the learners will:

• Distinguish the difference between positivity and negativity through self-talk
• Discuss the hope component of pathways
• Summarize the hope component of agency
