Challenging behaviors make the classroom a stressful environment for everyone. Equipping early childhood providers with strong behavior management skills and proactive intervention tools that assist them with anticipating and handling behavior challenges will encourage positive student behavior in the learning environment.

Goals and Objectives:
Upon completing this class, participants will:
• Provide an effective and efficient classroom environment for young children.
• Uncover emotional causes of challenging behaviors.
• Identify the most common types of difficult behaviors and develop strategies for dealing with them.
• Support and provide positive guidance in the classroom
