Participants will develop strategies to develop and maintain a safe playground.
After completing this class, you will:
- Examine all safety aspects of the playground area for use by children.
- Identify a variety of activities that enable children to develop their large (gross motor) muscles.
- Identify a variety of developmentally appropriate materials.
- Describe supervision that is appropriate for the developmental levels of children.
