Values and Ethics

• Description: Explore the importance and complexity of personal and organizational values in early childhood education. Participants will explore ethical guidelines, common dilemmas, and strategies for making sound decisions that prioritize the well-being of children.
• Objectives:
  • Upon completion of this educational experience, the learners will:
    • Define personal core values
    • Define a variety of organizational values
    • Create core values for the educational program
    • Enhance the promotion of ethical guidelines in the workplace
    • Propose solutions to ethical dilemmas that may come up with in the licensed program
